The name tells the story. William is what's on the resume, the license, the first handshake. Billy is what everyone calls me about five minutes later. This site documents the climb under both.

The short version: D1 cross country captain at Loyola. Finance and Marketing, Class of 2026. I stacked credentials before I had the job: NY real estate license, ARGUS Enterprise certification, A.CRE financial modeling. Internship at Bespoke Real Estate in luxury residential.

The five year picture: grind the first three years, start closing deals, build a book in the New York market. National reach is the long game.
